Truly inspired and glad i researched the film (and by proxy, book) so i could connect it with all those unfortunate couples in NYTimes with million dollar budgets seeking homes in France, Japan and Pensacola. Hell i bought both my only houses in Upper Peninsula and Florida Panhandle (which i rent out) for a total of 65 grand and in the last 25 years so hmmmmm i can afford the Times lol.
Absolutely terrific. Please keep writing a whole novel. I want to read what happens next. Humans like to read about other peoples suffering, and the more drama the better. It makes our mundane problems seem so much smaller.
You've given it all away......what one resorted to when one could no longer abide the bloody thankless corrupt world we live in now. There was, thank g--, channel 160. The miracle of modern bread and circuses.
As a further note I'm encouraging posters ....Encouraging Baron to Enlist.
Tsk, tsk. Heath and Cat are immortal so by now they'd be living in a co-op in Bushwick or Greenpoint. That's where the trendiest eateries are. Cat would be an influencer and Heath would be making a name for himself on the internet, asking people to tell him about their most hideous childhood memories. They'd be decorating their honky chateau with objêts from Housing works. Earnshaw would be a full-tilt boogie MAGA. Amirite, Joyce?
Great crossover masterpiece theater meets house hunters.

Good one.
You had a good day, didn't you?

Hilarious! Wuthering Heights is the one for these two masochists.
You've done it again, thank you!!!
If this were a series, I would watch it. Every night. HGTV meets Masterpiece Theater!
Pigsty views! This has to be the one.

you’re right about Earnshaw.
The satyr on the cover of your book left my night table for a gig at 54 Below. His pipes are getting rave reviews.
Very funny! And right on.
I love “pig sty views” x
Hmm, after watching too many episodes of House Hunters, Wuthering seems like a money pit, and then there's that nasty unforgiving draft.
The attached stables are a practical touch, though, with those ferocious winds.
