Very glad to see good ol' Fleischmanns getting some love. (LITERALLY) I will never look at it the same. And August Rut is an excellent, evocative phrase. Also a good band name and/or album title.
As a Fleischmanns guy, I am looking forward to receiving my pre-ordered copy. I was wondering what was the rustling in the woods behind the summer yeshiva! Nicely done.
Reading it now. Wonderful, funny and a heartwarming evocation of this unique and now, alas, lost era of the Catskills summertime
Got pre-ordered Kindle but it's hard to wag around so I ordered the paperback as well. Comes on Wednesday.
I’ve that amazing things go on in suite nineteen!
I love this a look forward to the book
Thank you, Kevin. I hope the boys keep you good company on your travels.

As a wannbe satyr in the mid 1960s and beyond...even in Paris...your book sounds like a perfect summer read to see what I might have missed...or not.
The nymphs get a little frisky in summer too.
Can’t wait!

It's on order! I can't wait.
Congratulations! When your book publishes, hope you'll write a guest blog for Stella Fosse as part of your publicity. http://www.stellafosse.com
Oh Joyce, what wonderful memories and insights -- thanks for transforming your experiences and desires into a magic book . . .
Sounds great!
